What Comes in the Rooms?

Every room is individually designed and equipped with handwashing sinks and storage with granite countertops. Mirrors and shampoo sinks will be available for rent per request.

Is My Property Safe Inside My Own Suite?

Yes. Every private suite has its own code entry with an auto lock feature. Your room is for you, you should feel safe in it.

Can I Decorate My Suite However I Want?

Yes! This is yours. We want you to feel comfortable and for you to create your own work space. Feel free to paint and bring in your own furniture to make it truly your own.

How long are the contracts for renting?

As long as you wish! Payments are weekly, so each lease will be for at least 1 month, but we want to make it easy for you to leave if you desire.

What is included in the pricing of my suite?

All utilities are included in the set price of your suite- Wifi, water, heating and cooling, it’s on us!
