What Comes in the Rooms?

Every suite is designed with cabinets topped with premium granite countertops. Select suites feature built-in plumbing, offering the flexibility to add hand sinks or professional-grade hair sinks to suit your needs

Is My Property Safe Inside My Own Suite?

Yes. Every private suite has its own code entry with an auto lock feature. Your room is for you, you should feel safe in it.

Can I Decorate My Suite However I Want?

Yes! This is yours. We want you to feel comfortable and for you to create your own work space. Feel free to paint and bring in your own furniture to make it truly your own.

How long are the contracts for renting?

As long as you wish! All leases are offered on a month-to-month basis, providing you with the flexibility to transition at any time should your needs change.

What is included in the pricing of my suite?

All utilities are included in the set price of your suite- Wifi, water, heating and cooling, it’s on us!
